MAKO Lifetime Warranty

MAKO, a brand of MK Ecco Pty Ltd, guarantees the quality of its products with a hassle-free lifetime warranty on eligible items. We ensure our products are free from any material or manufacturing defects for their entire lifespan.


Our lifetime warranty covers any issues arising from faulty workmanship or materials when the product is used under normal domestic conditions, which refer to use within a household environment following the provided care and use instructions. If a defect is attributed to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective cookware with a similar product or one of equal value, free of charge, if the original product is unavailable.


This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, chips)
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality (e.g., stains, discolouration)
  • Accidents, misuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping the product, improper cleaning)
  • Products not purchased new from MAKO
  • Products without valid proof of purchase or product registration
  • Products used for commercial purposes
  • Damage from misuse (e.g., improper cleaning methods leading to rust or discolouration)
  • Wok kit accessories

Consequential Damages:

This warranty does not cover consequential damages. MAKO is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or failure of the product.

Australian Consumer Law:

Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major one, you have the right to request repairs or replacement. This warranty provides additional benefits and does not limit your statutory rights.

Your relevant domestic warranty and returns policy still applies.
