I've been following Andy on YouTube for a while now and like his straightforward presentation. I don't need to see someone meticulously chop an onion! Cut to the chase! (which he does.) His speaking style translates to the page really well; you can hear him speaking as you read. Very happy to see the Chicken Biryani recipe was included, and I've made my first foray into pickled red onion using the mandoline that has been sitting in the drawer since forever. I'll slice a little bit thicker next time. Simple, but a delicious (and pretty) addition to the fridge.
